How to Use
Arnica Bromelain Complex: Take 1 tablet twice daily for 7 days or until bruising resolves. May begin 2 days before procedure to help prevent bruising.
Topical Recovery Gel: Apply a thin layer over the affected area and gently massage. Repeat 3 times per day or as needed.
